Beautiful post. Thank you for sharing. I've been asking for the "right choices" at the "right time" as well and letting go the ego's need to control and plan everything to the dot.
Great blog!

You seem like a person in touch with spirit.
I wonder . . . do you feel a spiritual quickening? Like we are on the verge of a major breakthrough?

I do.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for sharing yourself with me and my readers. Your comment is much appreciated. Through my interest in Gregg Braden's work, I became familiar with The Global Coherence Initiative, which is affiliated with Heartmath.org. It is wonderful that science is finally dovetailing with spiritual and metaphysical knowing; this merging is a key characteristic of the Age of Aquarius--or the new age we are shifting into now. I love reading the scientific proof of metaphysical knowledge that is now available...but such reading can never top the experience of understanding these powerful truths through accessing the knowing directly, through one's own heart intelligence channel. It was my own heart that disclosed the knowledge about its intelligence function to me--and then it was kind enough to provide my (relatively feeble by comparison) brain with words to describe what it had shown me. What an ego-dissolving revelation that was!

Hi Melissa,

I loved that your are letting people know that the heart does have "intelligence". Love to talk to you more about "heart intelligence". Are you aware of the research being done at the Institute of HeartMath (heartmath.org) on heart/brain interactions and the little brain in the heart? For me, the heart is the access point to creating more ease for myself and putting out more care to the planet during the shift.

Take care, Dan
